Do you offer Wholesale Accounts?

Yes, we do! In fact, the majority of our customers are wholesale.


We require a paper copy of your state resale license for our files on your second order, before you can purchase again with a discount. You can mail it, scan & email it. 

NOTE: If you live in a no sales tax state (Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, and Oregon) we do NOT require a resale license from you.

What is the difference between Wholesale and Retail accounts?

Wholesale customers are in business selling pet products, pet-related services, or gift shops. You have registered with your state as a wholesale business and are able to purchase items at wholesale pricing, (for resale) without paying sales tax on them.

The retail customer pays the sales tax and it is passed over to your state through the business you purchase from.

To qualify as a wholesale business, you must fill in your state resale license number when setting up your online account. We also need a physical copy of your state resale license for our files before the second order. You can either mail it to us or scan and email it.

What is a State Resale License?

A state resale license is issued by the state in which you do business and registers you as a wholesale business with your state tax agency. 

A Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN) is not sufficient for setting up a wholesale account. We require the resale permit number issued by your State tax agency. If you live in a state that does not collect sales tax, like Alaska or Oregon, we will accept your city business license.
Please download the form from your state, print, fill out the information and either scan the completed form and send to Karen@sewinjeanius.com; or mail a hard copy it to sewinjeanius, 401 E. Sherman Ave #214 Coeur d’Alene, ID 83814. Providing your information online is sufficient to place an opening order.

Before we can process your second order, we need a hard copy of this State Resale License on file in our office.

What are the Discounts for Wholesale Customers?

As a Wholesale customer, you can benefit from a 20% Discount on the First Order. From then on, you must meet a $75 order minimum for all orders (20% discount); $100 order (25% discount) $150 (30% discount)

Why do you have a $75 wholesale minimum per order? Can you waive this minimum?

Wholesale accounts are for customers that are in a pet-related or gift type business. Our wholesale prices are based on processing orders of $75 or more because of the time, labor, materials of hand-made items, and additional handling. If we were to accept orders under $75, we would have to raise our wholesale prices.

When I log in I only see retail prices but I am a Wholesale Customer. How can I see wholesale prices?

Your wholesale pricing is based on the quantity you purchase. You need to figure the the Discount % based on the total retail value of your order.
